Please join Community Health Foundation for an evening of culinary delights, drinks and kick up your boots fun on the dance floor in support of neurological patient care at Chelsey Park Health & Rehabilitation.

Community Health Foundation, a non-profit 501c(3) organization, has launched a fundraising campaign to enhance the lives of individuals and their families at Chelsey Park Health & Rehabilitation. Our goal is to purchase eye-recognition computers, power wheelchairs and costs associated with ongoing clinical care associated with neurological patients. One hundred percent of all donations raised will benefit Chelsey Park and go directly for the purchase of this equipment and care.

We believe one person can make a significant difference, We know a group of people sharing common goals and values can make an even greater difference.

Our cause, our goals

Imagine what it would feel like to verbally communicate after you have not been able to speak for over a year, even longer. How exciting would it be to open a door or turn on the television without help? Small tasks we all take for granted every day mean the world to others. Chelsey Park serves individuals with neurological disorders and provides rehabilitation therapy associated with their individual needs. The center focuses on those who have experienced a cerebrovascular accident (CVA), those with Huntington's disease (ALS) just to name a few. Chelsey Park is the first and only not-for-profit skilled nursing center of its kind in Georgia to offer the PEAC System technology. Your support will help enhance the lives of others while offering peace of mind to their loved ones.
