There are so many people who need access to this technology to get back a little independence and control of their environments that disease or trauma has taken away. Unfortunately, the cost of the tablets and power chairs is greater than most patients can afford to pay on their own. Please join in the fundraising efforts of Community Health Foundation (CHF) benefitting Chelsey Park Health & Rehabilitation, a not-for-profit skilled nursing center serving short and long-term neurological rehabilitation patients. CHF's fundraising campaign will help support the ongoing cost of specialized technological and clinical care associated with neurological patients at Chelsey Park.
